We also evaluate and make recommendations on the availability of materials and labor, time requirements for installation and construction, and factors related to costs, including, but not limited to, the cost of alternative designs and/or materials.

- Organize project kick-off meeting to confirm the project’s goals and objectives
- Conduct regular project meetings with client, design team and others
- Develop the project budget and provide budget updates throughout the Preconstruction phase
- Perform comparative cost analyses and value engineering studies
- Develop the project schedule
- Monitor and update the project schedule throughout the Preconstruction phase
- Identify and pre-purchase all long lead items
- Identify work activities which can be performed during normal working hours versus overtime hours to minimize labor costs.
- Perform subcontractor prequalification process
- Prepare and issue all subcontractor bid packages
- Participate in subcontractor selection and award
- Develop site-specific quality and safety programs
- Provide project administration services including cost accounting and document control
- Prepare and issue monthly project status reports
- Assist client in the permitting process

Services - Construction As the design work progresses and construction documents are prepared, we begin to provide comprehensive construction management services for the construction phase. Our staff coordinates, manages and supervises construction to ensure that the project is safe and built in strict accordance with the contract documents. Through the use of subcontractors, suppliers, and our own professional forces, we provide the necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and facilities necessary to complete all construction.

- Conduct jobsite coordination meetings
- Organize and chair progress meetings
- Monitor and upgrade the project schedule thought the construction phase

- Provide on-site project supervision services including to actively control the work flow
